Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama'at in the lens of cognitive science of religion

by M. Afzal Upal

This may be a first: a scientific book on the Ahmadiyya by a self-professed adherent of the Ahmadiyya faith.

With personal experiences filtered through cognitive principles, the author sets up a framework for the theoretical analysis and then assesses the Ahmadiyya against that framework. The word 'cult' is not avoided but the reform aspect of the movement is over-emphasized.
